Return & Refund Policy

At Home Luv, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

Important Note

Minor color variations may occur due to screen resolution or lighting. Such variations are not considered defects.
