At Amoha Decor, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund
  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers may be required to share bank/UPI details

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images for verification
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
